Pricing

We endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate, occasionally errors may occur or goods may be incorrectly priced or misrepresented. If we discover a pricing error, we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the amended price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period; this must be confirmed and obtained from your sales representative before placing your order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (and after) we accept your order.
All prices on the contractcars.com website are in UK Pounds Sterling and for mainland UK customers are exclusive of the relevant VAT. Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 2% bank surcharge. Payments made by debit card will be subject to a 1% bank surcharge.

 

Ordering

All orders placed by you through the website offers are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to status and financial as well as personal credit checks. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order details of the vehicle that you have ordered and the term and pricing related to it. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

For all vehicles, information concerning stock availability is not available on the website. If you order goods which are not available from stock, we will contact you and you will have the option to wait until the vehicle is available, or cancel your order. In the event your order is cancelled by us, we will refund any deposit already collected from you in respect of that order, in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy. If the vehicle is cancelled by you there may well be a cancellation fee payable to the dealership if the vehicle has been built to your order or specification. Upon acceptance of the order by us the deposit, consisting of the subsidy and the documentation fee, will become non-refundable. Any document fee pertaining to documents that have not yet been raised will be refunded.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will start with a minimum deposit and documentation fee payable by you. We will send confirmation that the goods you have ordered and offer an estimated delivery date for the vehicle. Contracts and remaining deposits will be required before delivery of the vehicle will take place
We reserve the right to withdraw any vehicles or offers from the web site at any time.
We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any vehicles or offers from the website.
